For as long as I can remember my mom and dad required each Christmas that we children stood by our Christmas gifts and took a picture.
We then would feel tortured when they required us to video tape ourselves telling the camera everything we got for Christmas, along with thanking the grandparents (etc.) for the gifts we got. We now laugh at those videos and can see the yearly changes that happen as one grows older.
Well, right now it is just Shay and me
and I have to keep the "tradition" alive.
I have a habit of keeping all "traditions" alive
(I am the perfect Fiddler on the Roof personality!).
So Shay flattered me and took "Christmas Pictures."
Below is Shay with his Christmas presents for 2010:
His all time favorite was the TV.
(although it was technically for "both of us" I think Shay will get the most use our of it!)
The Agricola expansion, people, etc. were also a highlight.
However the gift that CRACKED him up the most was the Obama head, Chia pet, that was given to him by his sister (Shay is NOT a fan of Obama in the least so this gift was classic).
Here I am with absolutely no makeup--UGH!
Forgot that when we decided to take pictures early in the morning.
We loved the lazer level and monies my brother gave us for Christmas!
If you noticed we got many games for Christmas.
Shay and I really enjoy getting together with family and friends and playing games!
